FACUNDO LAGOS, TERCERA LÍNEA DE URÚ CURÉ 

El wing del Córdoba Athletic, Facundo Barrea  y el tercera  línea de Urú Curé, Facundo Lagos se enfrentarán mañana en Barrio Jardín (16:30) en los cuartos de final del Torneo del Interior, buscando las semifinales del certamen cuyo ganador jugará el Nacional de Clubes 2015.

Facundo Barrea,  es uno de los referentes del Athletic, y puso de relieve: “Es muy bueno enfrentarse ahora por la época del año en la que se juega una competencia mucho más elevada ya que  todos los equipos están al 100% y sin desgaste de sus torneos locales y sirve para poder llegar al torneo de Córdoba lo mas afinados posibles”.

“Sabemos que contra Urú Curé va a ser un partido muy duro, diría el más complicado hasta el momento. Pero venimos mejorando y noto un cambio en cuanto a predisposición y  esfuerzo para poder alcanzar  metas que nos propusimos, por lo que venimos superando el rendimiento de años anteriores”, reflexionó Facu Barrea.

Mientras que Facundo Lagos, referente de “Las Lechuzas Solitarias” de Río Cuarto,  manifestó: “Pensamos en el partido en cada entrenamiento durante toda la semana y con la cabeza enfocada en lo que vamos a hacer frente al Athletic”.

“Tenemos dos lesionados y uno que vuelve, pero hay buena base por lo que estamos bien. El torneo es de muy buen nivel, con clasificados que hacen que sea todavía más parejo; con partidos de mucha intensidad y donde hay que estar muy bien concentrados”, puntualizó Facu Lagos.

Previo a los cuartos de final Córdoba Athletic-Urú Curé (árbitro Santiago Altobelli de Tucumán, a las 16:30), se enfrentarán a partir de las 14:30 los Doguitos M18 con los Aguiluchos de Buenos Aires M18, por la segunda fecha del Campeonato Argentino Juvenil 2014 (árbitro Federico Fioravanti de Bahía Blanca).

Los partidos de cuartos por el título: Cardenales de Tucumán-Universitario de Salta; Huirapuca de Tucumán- Los Tordos de Mendoza, Córdoba Athletic- Urú Curé de Río Cuarto y Liceo RC de Mendoza-Marista RC de Mendoza.

En cuartos de final del Torneo del Interior B, San Martín de Villa María viaja a Tucumán para medirse con el Tucumán Lawn Tennis, con arbitraje de Diego Colussi de Corrientes.

 Programa de los cuartos: Sporting de Mar del Plata – Santa Fe Rugby, Tucumán LT – San Martín de Villa María, Mendoza RC – Jockey Club de Salta y Regatas  de Resistencia– Marabunta de Cipoletti.

The wing of Córdoba Athletic, Facundo Barrea and the third line of Uru Curé, Facundo Lagos will face tomorrow in Barrio Jardín (16:30 ) in the quarterfinals of the Interior Tournament, looking for the semi-finals will play the winner to the National Club 2015.

Facundo Barrea, is one of the leaders of Athletic side, and emphasized  "It is very good deal now for the time of the year when a much higher competition is played as all the teams are 100% without wear local tournaments and serves to reach the tournament in Cordoba the most refined possible".

"We know from Uru Curé going to be a tough game, I'd say the most difficult so far. But we have been improving and notice a change in terms of willingness and effort to achieve the target we set ourselves, so we have been outperforming previous years”, reflected Facu Barrea.

While Facundo Lagos, referring of  "The Lone Owls" of Rio Cuarto, said : "We think of a game each workout throughout the week and head focused on what we will do against Athletic".

"We have two injured and one back , but good base so we're good. The tournament is very good standard, with qualifiers that make it even more balanced; with great intensity and games where you have to be very focused", he said Facu Lagos.

Prior to the quarterfinals Córdoba Athletic Curé – Uru Cure (ref. Santiago Altobelli from Tucumán, at 16:30), will face off from 14:30 the Doguitos U18 with  Aguiluchos from Buenos Aires U18 , on the second round of Argentine Youth Championship 2014 (ref.  Federico Fioravanti from Bahia Blanca).

The quarterfinal matches for the title : Cardenales from Tucuman- Universitario of Salta; Huirapuca from Tucumán- Los Tordos  from Mendoza, Córdoba Athletic -Uru Curé of Rio Cuarto and Liceo RC from Mendoza – Maristas from Mendoza.

In the quarterfinals of the Interior Tournament B, San Martin de Villa María travels to Tucumán for measured with the Tucuman Lawn Tennis (ref. Diego Colussi from Corrientes).
