Los Huracanes de Wellington ganaron a los Jaguares por 34-9 (12-6), en la tercera fecha del Super Rugby 15, que se disputó en cancha del Club Vélez Sársfield de Buenos Aires, donde los neozelandeses anotaron cinco tries y tres conversiones por tres penales argentinos. En partido cubierto por un mar de errores básicos los Hurricanes dominaron el scrum, lines, mauls, ganando en  forma contundente a los Jaguares, con bonus de cinco puntos y están segundos en la Conferencia de Nueva Zelanda y cuartos en la clasificación general. 

 Los Jaguares en cambio, no aprovecharon la ventaja de jugar con un hombre más por amarilla al pilar Ben May, y encajaron la tercera derrota consecutiva, la primera como local y se hundieron al fondo de la tabla en Conferencia sudafricana y en la clasificación general. Los Hurricanes apoyaron tries con el wing Ben Lam, los centros Ngani Laumape y Matt Proctor, y los suplentes Vince Aso y Blade Thomson; mientras que el apertura Beauden Barrett sumó tres conversiones y el apertura suplente Jackson Garden-Bachop agregó un penal. Los Jaguares superados en todo, a partir de la disciplina, perdieron el scrum  (mal su primera línea), el line, el repliegue en la cobertura defensiva, y en la intensidad del juego; apenas pudieron responder con tres penales del apertura tucumano Nicolás Sánchez. Sobre el final perdieron ocasiones de marcar, el full back platense  Joaquín Tuculet, el centro tucumano Matías Orlando, el medio scrum mendocino Gonzalo Bertranou y el octavo suplente santiagueño Juan Manuel Leguizamón.  En la cuarta fecha  del próximo sábado 10 de marzo, los Huracanes recibirán a los Cruzados de Christchurch en Wellington (03:35 hora Argentina), mientras que los Jaguares recibirán a los Waratahs de Sidney en Buenos Aires a las 18:40 hrs.

The Hurricanes of Wellington won the Jaguares 34-9 (12-6), on the third round of Super Rugby 15, which was played on the pitch the Vélez Sársfield Club of Buenos Aires City, where the New Zealanders scored five tries and three conversions per three Argentinian penalties goals. In a game covered by a sea of basic errors, the Hurricanes dominated the scrum, lines, mauls, winning the Jaguares in a convincing manner, with five points bonus and they are second in the New Zealand Conference and fourth in the general table. 

The Jaguares, on the other hand, did not take advantage of playing with one more man for yellow card to prop  Ben May, and they conceded the third consecutive defeat, the first at home and sank to the bottom of the table in South African Conference and in general table. The Hurricanes scored tries with wing Ben Lam, centres Ngani Laumape and Matt Proctor, and substitutes Vince Aso and Blade Thomson; while fly half  Beauden Barrett added three conversions and substitute fly half  Jackson Garden-Bachop added a penalty goal. The Jaguares overcome in everything, from the discipline, they lost the scrum (badly its first row), the line, the retreat in the defensive coverage, and in the intensity of the game; they could barely respond with three penalties goals of fly half from Tucumán Nicolás Sánchez. In the end lost chances to score, the full back from La Plata City,  Joaquín Tuculet, the centre from Tucumán,  Matías Orlando, scrum half from Mendoza Gonzalo Bertranou,  and number eighth substitute from Santiago del Estero City, Juan Manuel Leguizamón. On the fourth round of next Saturday, March 10, the Hurricanes will receive the Crusaders of Christchurch at Wellington (03:35 Argentina time), while the Jaguares will receive the Waratahs of Sidney at Buenos Aires City 6:40 pm.
